BSW, BA (Psychological Behaviour), Member AASW
Jen has a diverse and broad background and is highly skilled in emphasising individuals' capacity and developing their maximum potential. As well as being a qualified Social Worker with a second degree in Psychology and over 25 years of experience working for both Government and Non-Government organisations. Jen is highly passionate about partnering with people, walking the journey with them and raising them up to succeed despite adversity.
Jen is passionate about leaders expanding their skills, increasing self-awareness, and promoting personal development. She provides a framework of support through encouragement, challenge and creating space for self-discovery. She aims to create and facilitate an environment where real growth can take place, where the reward and motivation for change is high enough to outweigh the pain of remaining the same.
Transition creates turmoil and it is Jen’s goal to help people create confidence when working through that turmoil. The goal is to move successfully through those phases, to become more skilled in navigating the next period of change or area of growth and development.
Out of hours, Jen can be found enjoying a glass of sparkling and good food, walking by the sea or curled up with a good book.
TL;DR - friendly discussions (definitely not heated arguments...) over correct grammatical usage also take up some spare time.
